When and where are you open?

We operate weekly on Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM. Follow us on Instagram or WhatsApp for regular updates.

Do I need to book a time?

At this time, the service is first come, first serve. We do ask, that if we are over capacity that you are respectful of other’s that might be waiting. We aim for each guest session to be 15-20 minutes in length, per rotation.

What can I expect?

You can expect to take part in a global ritual rooted in centuries of tradition and cultural wisdom. Our sauna practice offers temperatures ranging from 80°C to 110°C, with sessions typically lasting around 15-20 minutes. Saunas have long been a symbol of purification, connection, and balance with nature—providing a space to relax, recharge, and embrace the elements. Whether you’re here for the health benefits or the sense of community, this is an experience designed to leave you feeling renewed.

How much does it cost?

This service is currently free to use. As we continue working with the City of Toronto to make it accessible for everyone, we invite you to come experience it, bring your friends, and enjoy the many benefits of sauna practice.

What do I need to bring?

You should bring:

  • A towel to sit on while in the sauna.

  • Warm jackets or dry robes for changing outdoors comfortably.

  • A second towel to use as a mat on the ground while changing.

  • Easy-to-slip-on footwear for convenience and comfort.

Can I bring my kids?

Due to safety regulations, participants must be 16 years or older to enter.
