How it Works
PREPARE
Reserve your sauna session. Check in with our sauna hosts on site, get settled, and embrace the experience ahead.
COLD EXPOSURE
Bring towels, cold-weather gear, and your courage—it’s time to face the elements!
HEAT
Step into the heat sauna session that is practiced by communities globally. Sauna sessions typically last around 15-20 minutes per round.
Sweat, relax, and recharge.
REPEAT
Cool down, heat up, and do it all over again. The ritual is the reward!
